Blueberry Apple Crisp Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Smoothie
- 1 c frozen blueberries
- 2 c apples, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ c plain yogurt
- 1 c spinach
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ice cubes optional
Topping
- 2 Tbsp oats
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp chopped apple
Instructions
- In a blender, add blueberries, apple (except for the ones reserved for topping), cinnamon, yogurt, and spinach. Blend until smooth. Taste and add maple syrup to taste. If you want it thicker, add ice cubes.
- Pour into a bowl and top with oats, pecans, reserved apple chunks, and fresh blueberries. Serve immediately.
