This is a great way to tempt your kids to eat food that’s good for them for breakfast. It looks like a banana split. It is sprinkled with their favorite cereal. But it is healthy too.
Breakfast Banana Split
- ½ c Post Alpha-Bits cereal or your favorite breakfast cereal
- 1 banana
- ½ c vanilla yogurt
- ¼ c seedless grapes, halved
- ¼ c strawberries, sliced
- Peel banana; split in half lengthwise. Place in sundae dish or cereal bowl.
- Top banana with yogurt.
- Sprinkle with cereal and fruit.
