Here are some pairings with cranberry sauce to pique your interest & add pizzazz to your menu.
1. Sandwiches
Cranberry sauce is a wonderful condiment for all kinds of sandwiches, including turkey leftovers.

2. Appetizers
There has to be at least one cranberry appetizer at your dinner party, especially during the holidays.

3. Ham
Cranberry sauce pairs well with ham, whether on the side or as a glaze for a ham roast.

To make a cranberry glaze for a ham roast:
- 7 oz jellied cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp whole grain mustard
Brush on cooked ham roast. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, or until caramelized.
4. Pork
Pork just begs for the touch of sweetness that cranberries bring, in all its forms.
