    • kitchen scissors
    • 1 pkg frozen Rhodes Bread Texas Rolls
    • 3 Tbsp flour
    • non stick spray
    1. Thaw frozen rolls until malleable, but still cold. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Put flour into a small bowl.

    2. Cut a little piece off the end with scissors for the stem.

    3. Roll the remaining dough into a log and cut it into 3 equal pieces.

    4. Roll the 3 pieces of dough into balls and rolls the balls in the flour. This helps it keep its shape while baking.

    5. Place the 3 balls of dough on the greased cookie sheet in a shamrock shape. (1 ball at the top, 2 balls underneath.)

    6. Take the leftover piece of dough and roll it into a longer, thin log for the stem. Dust with flour. Place it between the two bottom balls of dough on the shamrock so it’s touching the bottom of the top ball of dough.

    7. When you have all the shamrock rolls shaped, cover in plastic wrap until doubled in size.

    8. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 15 minutes
