Description

This sweet & spicy fire and ice salsa goes with our summer watermelon fiesta party.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3 cups seeded and finely chopped watermelon
  • 1/2 cup finely diced green peppers
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon finely sliced green onion
  • 12 tablespoons finely diced jalapeno peppers

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients; mix well and cover.
  2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
