The Idea Behind Lunchbox Love Notes
Back in the day when my kids were little you couldn’t buy cards to put in their lunches at the card store. The internet was in its infancy so you couldn’t download them there either.
I made my own on my computer and printed them off or put stick it notes with little jokes or sayings on different items in their lunch.
The principal thought it was such a good idea that he sent a newsletter home to all the parents encouraging them to do the same thing to make a connection with their kids. Lots of kids miss their parents while at school & putting a love note in their lunchbox reminds them that you miss them too.
Today it’s much easier to send a Lunchbox Love Note – especially when you join us here at Playtime and Party!
