James Bond’s favorite cocktails are the Martini and the Vesper, which is a derivative of the classic martini. So let’s take it to the next level with a Green Kiwifruit Vesper recipe.
Green Kiwifruit Vesper
Wonderful cocktail for a summer evening, light and sweet. Recipe for 2 servings.

The Vesper Martini
A Vesper is like a martini, except it uses both gin and vodka, Kina Lillet instead dry vermouth, and a lemon peel instead of an olive. Both cocktails are enjoyed by James Bond.

This cocktail was created by Ian Fleming, author of the James Bond 007 novels. The Vesper Martini was ordered by James Bond in Casino Royale. He named the cocktail after his beautiful assistant Vesper (played by Ursula Andress in 1967 and Eva Green in 2006 Bond movies). “Because once you have tasted it, you won’t drink anything else.”
“Three measures of Gordon’s, one of Vodka, half a measure of Kina Lillet. Shake it very well until it’s ice-cold, then add a large thin slice of lemon peel.”

The Green Kiwifruit
Fresh fruit perks up cocktails. A Green Kiwifruit Vesper cocktail is just the thing to finish off an unforgettable summer day. It’s another twist on Bond’s favorite cocktail.
