Healthy frozen banana popsicles
Cut bananas in half. Push wooden popsicle sticks in center of cut end, about 1/3 of the way up the banana. Put on parchment lined baking sheet and freeze until partially frozen, about 30 minutes.
Pour vanilla Greek yogurt into a tall pint glass. Dip 2/3 of the frozen banana in yogurt. Place on parchment paper. Drizzle with peanut butter yogurt dip. Freeze until firm; 1 hour.
Microwave 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds. Drizzle peanut butter evenly over bananas then place on baking sheet to freeze until peanut butter is firm, about 30 minutes.
Serve immediately or wrap in parchment and put in air tight container or zippered plastic bag. Can store in freezer up to 3 months.

Ingredients
- 3/4 c vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 c peanut butter
- dash cinnamon
- apple slices, graham crackers or your choice to use dip
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk yogurt, peanut butter and cinnamon until smooth. The more you whip it, the fluffier it will be because it introduces air into the mixture.

Serve with dippers of choice.

- Keep in air tight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- DO NOT FREEZE. Unless you want to try peanut butter yogurt ice cream.
- Want a little bite? Substitute cayenne for cinnamon.
