St Patrick’s Day Minty Shake – With Bailey’s for Adults

    Celebrate with a St Patrick’s Day Minty Shake with Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur. A cold, refreshing substitute for green beer. And make it a freakshake with awesome toppings for good measure!


    St Patrick’s Day Minty Shake for Adults

    Who needs green beer when there’s a freakshake with Bailey’s and Andes’ chocolate mints?

    • 1 c whipping cream
    • ½ tsp peppermint extract
    • 2 tsp powdered sugar
    • ½ c milk
    • 1¾ oz Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
    • 3 scoops mint chocolate chip ice cream
    • chocolate syrup
    • chopped green sugar cookies, for garnish (optional)
    • pistachios, for garnish (optional)
    • Andes mint chocolate candy (optional)
    1. Using mixer, whisk whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add peppermint extract and powdered sugar; mix until well blended. Set aside.

    2. In blender, blend milk, liqueur and ice cream until smooth.

    3. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside soda glass. Pour ice cream mixture into glass. Top with whipped cream and garnish with cookies, pistachios and mint chocolate candy, if desired.
